You are paid hourly plus mileage, also you acrew paid time off.

Cons

No benefits, work very sporadic, meant to believe you will work alot of hours, very misleading, if you prefer to work about 20 hours a week this job is for you but you can't make a living here. Alot of employee turnover.

M-F, provided cleaning supplies.

Cons

Had to use own vehicle, Pay is awful. Definitely not a job for someone with back or knee problems. You mop bathroom and kitchen floors by hand. Forget your lunch, even though you should be taking a 30 minute uninterrupted lunch ( it is deducted from your check) you'll rarely if at all get it. I actually liked the job when I first started and then every week more and more of the bad side of this company came out. I never saw a paycheck with the guaranteed weekly amount on it. They will screw you on pay if you do not pay attention.

On good days you get tips.

Cons

They play favorites and are super unprofessional. Only in it for the money and treat their employees like crap. They don't care about your personal life or if you have a sick kid they expect you to figure it out. They try to pay you the bare minimum and will give you SUPER unsanitary houses to clean when you shouldn't even be in them!
