I have worked at Merry Maids for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say that it has been the best job I've ever had! Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. The management and office staff are extremely professional, understanding and a pleasure to be around. I've never had any issues bringing up any concerns with my manager.. if there are any problems or feedback I want to express, I can comfortably confront her and we come up with a solution together. Merry maids truly cares about their employees and often wants your input on the business. The best part about my job, is being able to build relationships with my customers.. I feel great being able to assist others who really need our help, whether they physically are unable or just don't have the time. Advancement opportunities and medical. Uniform, sign, and mileage reimbursements. Highly recommend if you don't mind working hard and love to clean!

Cons

This job is physically demanding but very rewarding if you get the job done and do it the Merry Maids way.

A great environment to work, wonderful co workers, no nights or weekends, amazing pay for the hard work you do. There are career advancements possible and over all it’s a great job for hard working, dedicated people who are willing to be a part of a team and care for their customers.

Cons

This is a physically demanding job so sometimes the work can be exhausting. But that does not out weigh the pros of working for this company.

The customers are usually very kind and gracious, occasionally will tip. The job is fast paced and busy

Cons

Lots of nonstop drama, catty arguments and a manager who gossips non stop to all of the employees about other employees. Extremely unprofessional! (Pitting the women against eachother). Management shows favoritism to brown nosers, instead of to those who work really hard and do an amazing job.
