Pros
The weekly pay was nice! No working on the weekends, and if you worked hard, you could be done by like 2 or 3 pm. Some customers tipped well!
Cons
The training is a JOKE. They threw me in right away and had extremely high expectations. The "supervisor" at the time was extremely rude but "wanted to see us succeed", didn't work out too well considering she would gossip about how terrible the new hires were. Absolutely ridiculous. The drama in the office? I felt like I was back in highschool. I had to call out sick (literally 102 degree fever and throwing up) and met with "take a Tylenol, you're fine" and "oh, I guess I'll have to replace you then". Management is a joke. I see the merry maids logo and cringe. I consider myself a hard worker and hardly ever leave reviews, please, run. Find a different company that will treat you well!!
