Advancement - fairly quick promotion from trainee to team mate to team captain, option to clean more homes and earn more money, no late evenings, weekends or holidays, promote from within

Cons

Even in highest of admin positions, you're only making ~$3/hour above minimum wage... 10cent per year increase in base hourly wage. Percentage pay equals roughly your hourly wage. Little to no advancement opportunities after team captain. Admin staff are long term and the business isn't growing fast enough to accommodate all the team captains that want to continue in their career advancement High turnover rates
