Fun co-workers, some autonomy, contact with a variety of people

Long hours, unpredictable schedule, cleaning houses that should be cleaned by a hazmat team, management pretends to care about the workers but the facade is revealed when they schedule you too many houses in one day, pressure to finish houses in a set time, no opportunity to take a meaningful break unless you count driving from one house to another a break, not clear on exactly how the pay breaks down, because of being understaffed, the workload is overwhelming at times. Exposure to chemicals and who knows what else in a person's home, germs. viruses, bacteria, etc etc. The work is hard physically and it is draining mentally.
