Pros

Flexible hours. You have the choice of working Solo or in a pair. Managers don't expect you to do anything they wouldn't do and will get you out of any situation that is unacceptable.

Cons

There's not much I can say negative about the company. Sometimes you're over booked and don't get much of a break, but when you look at your paycheck, it is absolutely worth it.

I have worked at Merry Maids for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say that it has been the best job I've ever had! Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. The management and office staff are extremely professional, understanding and a pleasure to be around. I've never had any issues bringing up any concerns with my manager.. if there are any problems or feedback I want to express, I can comfortably confront her and we come up with a solution together. Merry maids truly cares about their employees and often wants your input on the business. The best part about my job, is being able to build relationships with my customers.. I feel great being able to assist others who really need our help, whether they physically are unable or just don't have the time. Advancement opportunities and medical. Uniform, sign, and mileage reimbursements. Highly recommend if you don't mind working hard and love to clean!

Cons

This job is physically demanding but very rewarding if you get the job done and do it the Merry Maids way.
