      Pros

      Great management and support, routine, bonuses, goals, promotion, great team that you make life long friends with. great hours for family balance.

      Cons

      low salary, drivers have to drive their own vehicles so wear and tear on your own vehicle. It really affects the whole team if you call in sick. It's better to request a day off than call in sick.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, my commission was 23% when I worked with a partner. This job can be fun if you ignore negativity. Breaks while driving to houses and the employee is responsible for how long they spend in houses making the day go by as fast as you want it to.

      Cons

      Phone and sight unseen bids are a bad situation for everyone. Management can either be wonderful or unprofessional so make sure you research what location you apply to.

      Easy day to day tasks.

      Cons

      The management/franchise owners can be some of the worst people you have ever met. Especially if you are in California, keep in mind each office is independently owned and operated and this can effect you greatly. There are plenty of jobs out there, find another one and stay away from this company. They will work you into the ground for little to no pay while the Owner probably won't even know your name. They push you to clean in an extremely timely manner while charging the customer an extremely high price all so they can keep mass amounts of profit.
