Pros

Nice girls usually work these jobs, as am I, so team work and decent people are good. Great products, the cleaning products work well and are non toxic.

Cons

They have you sign an agreement where you make minimum wage if, you get too many complaints or do not give 2 weeks notice. they LIE and tell you, you can make 20-25 an hour. but they dock your driving time as down time even when they send you an hour or more away so this "production pay" of 20 + an hour will never be attainable. Even if it is, they cap you at 30 hours, so you'll only ever make about 700 a week regardless. Petty office people assured to micromanage you. I cleaned a house that the customer paid 800$ The payroll allotted for my associate and I was 160. Meaning we would each make 80$ 10% of the cost! We use our own vehicles so why do they get so much and we get virtually nothing!!! They also do not check homes they send us to and tell us to just do our best in absolutely awful situations. Terrible Place to work I don't know how or why they're still in business!

Pros

Generally the customers are nice, I like driving during the day, and the days typically go by quickly because you’re moving around so much.

Cons

The management is extremely rude, callous, and demanding. They treat their office staff better than their cleaners, and definitely pick favorites. If you get on their bad side they will make you want to quit your job. They are bullies, and do not hold themselves to the same standards of their employees.
