Pros

Had a chance to work with some great, hard working people along the way. Some customers were fantastic also and made the job bearable.

Cons

Super high staff turnover due to the type of work being done. Unfortunately, management at the branch level is held accountable for regional and national level management blunders that have occurred over the years.

Pros

Merry Maids is a great company because of their clients they have service for a long perido time they appreciate and respect the Maids very highly and give great rating weekly prioriteize by the team maids that service them.

Cons

To not take away teem mates houses and give to other teems because they feel like it that not fair to client because they look forward to seeing same teem weekly or bi-weekly.

Good things and bad things about this job but that can be for any job

Pros

Some of the girls are friendly. Supervisor was great. Got to work independently and sometimes with others

Cons

It's a lot of work for so little pay. No benefits. No overtime allowed. Use to give bonuses but kept changing the requirements that you had to meet in order to get them. Not sure if they still give them. Can't work in teams, only if it is a deep clean. Paid milage was only .25 and a lot of wear and tear on cars.
