      Good when you can't find anything else.

      Cons

      Pay can sometimes be very low. If you work yourself to death your pay might be good. Pay rates stink. You drive your own car and if you wreck or something happens to your car they make it feel like it's your fault and give you a major guilt trip. They don't wanna work with you at all.
