Pros

Good money and benefits. Meeting new people daily. Good training and tools to improve.

Cons

Management need to be more involved in daily procedures. Way to many reports and paper shuffling when time could be spent more productively.

Pros

Freedom to work without someone breathing down your back, decent co workers.

Cons

They make you drive 50-60 miles per day and then blame you for car troubles caused by their company! They make mistakes with your pay so you MUST watch it, and they advertise as making 500 per week but you only earn between 100-200 per week because its commission based. The staff constantly makes mistakes on home addresses, sending you further and they don't care about the inconvenience. Do not waste your time with this company.
