Pros
They do offer medical benefits and start you at $15 an hour and if you stick with a regular client most of the time they tip you especially during holiday season and they have paid holidays
Cons
You don’t have the same schedule everyday, some days you might have 3 houses to clean other days only 1 some days you might not have none…they also only pay by the hour so if you only have one house for the day and it only takes you two hours then your only getting paid for two hours of work
