- Team-setting/some nice co-workers - Get to see different types of houses/nice interiors

Cons

- Management - Unpredictable pay (commission-based), you take a small percentage of the pay, don't even know if you'll have a lot of house orders in a shift sometimes - So much labor too strict of a time constraint, too much pressure to finish to get to the next house, NO breaks - when you're "driving" between houses that's your "rest" - Use up too much gas even if they pay for mileage, have to double-check if they calculate it right - Tips don't go to you even if you did the work, it goes to the boss/others - shady as hell

Pros

the only pro is that they will work with your schedule and will be understanding if you need off. if you just need some extra money this job is a decent choice. But it’s not good if you have bills to pay.

Cons

You don’t work a full 8 hours each day. The communication is terrible because there is barely any communication at all unless someone is talking about their personal problems. Causing you to have to ask them what is going on or if you work with someone. The pay is also not good at all. They only pay you $12 and hr and claim you get production pay but you don’t. You only get the difference. They have more reasons to take money away from you than to give it to you. The standards they have for how long it takes you to actually clean a house verses how long they want you to clean a house.
