Concerns Regarding Management Practices and Workplace Treatment

Cons
During my employment, I reported concerns about the conduct of a senior employee, as I felt the behaviour was inappropriate and interfered with my ability to perform my responsibilities. Separately, I experienced several instances where errors made by a different teammate were attributed to me. Although I chose not to report those occurrences to avoid placing blame, the pattern did affect my experience. Immediately after disclosing to management that I am neurodivergent and after raising my concern about the senior employee’s behaviour, I perceived an immediate and significant change in how I was treated. This included reduced support, inconsistent communication, and a noticeable shift in managerial approach. In my view, there was no substantive follow-up on the concern I raised, and the cumulative effect of these circumstances made the working conditions untenable. Based on my experience, I regarded the situation as a form of constructive dismissal and chose to leave.
