You get to work at your own pace. You constantly get to meet new people. The management really cares about their employees.

Cons

You have to use your own vehicle. It's physically hard on your body. Not much room for advancement.

Everything!!! Stay far far away from this place, I worked long hard days & got paid diddley squat. Their pay system is insane. A lot of days I would make less than minimum wage for busting my ass. You are better off working at a fast food place,store or probably anywhere else. Beware of Merry maids they lied about the pay at the interview, they lied about a lot of things to both employees and customers. Manager at the time had no respect or regard for her employees! Just please trust me the place is an absolute nightmare!
