The only highlight here is I met some awesome people, generally the teams I worked in were great.

Cons

Management, Merry Maids makes lots of claims about incentives and bonuses, best equipment on the market. None of this is true. Owner is more interested in golfing and Florida than anything!! We were made to drive, given no choice, while he was only paying .30 per kilometer. Not enough at today's prices. No insurance should you or a team member get injured in an accident. Any absenteeism at all is considered dishonesty and gets you a bad work record, even with a Dr's note. It was not unusual to have him lie to you. Management is completely dishonest and I am sure he is not operating to Merry Maids typically high standards.
