Pros

MM pays commission, so there is a possibility that the harder you work, the more money you make; however, MM overloads you with too many houses, too little time, and too strict of cleaning guidelines for you to do anything more than scheduled. (Usually it's a struggle to even complete your original schedule.)

Cons

It's not unusual to work 9-10 hour days with little to no overtime pay. MM also doesn't offer paid breaks, or the ability to take an unpaid break (of any sort) without severely messing up your schedule. In short, breaks are not built into the day, and gas mileage is reimbursed BUT they don't pay you for being in the car. You are only paid by the house. Overall, this company had outrageous cleaning expectations, minimal pay, and horrible work hours.

Pros

No mandatory weekends, nice environment.

Cons

Have to use my own car and going out of the city limits sometimes. I dont k ow if thats legal. The customer pays one cahrge from that they put a payroll that is less and that payroll is divides by 3 franchise company and employee. Which customer doesnt know and most of them dont tip. There must be a notification that a tip has be a must. We get very low percentage is an insult.

Pros

There were a few. No weekends, pay, paid holidays.

Cons

The franchisee did not have any training whatsoever on how to manage people. People would complain about me, mostly about my hearing disability. The meetings with her ended up with no real solution on her part to solve this problem. It was basically me that had to come up with my own way to solve it. Also, having to walk on eggshells because you never knew when she would go off the deep end about something. It could be something that happened at a house or something I didn't hear.
