Pros

The girls were nice, they provided the cleaning supplies.

Cons

you only get .29 cents per a mile you drive in Lake Oswego. You get to work and they let you inside at 7:08 am and you work off the clock until 7:25 because you are not allowed to clock in until then, however you want to load your car as soon as you get there or you will be behind on ur whole day. After 7:25 you clock on and recieve books of how many houses your getting that day. Nothing beats the nervous feeling you get when you get to work on how scared you are of how many houses they are going to give you this time? They push the limits and it doesn’t matter how sore you are they under price the houses and expect un realistically true cleaning estimations. Depending on the favoritism you recieve by the manager will depend how many houses and how difficult they can be. The best part is the pay, these customers will treat you like crap and exapect the best work because they are being charged anywhere from $90-$700 for one cleaning and they assume you get a huge chunk of that cleaning LOL no. You recieve 20 percent if working with a partner and 40 percent alone, when working alone I received $400-$500 checks and was making $19-$60 a house. When working with a partner I worked 6 days and my paycheck was $500 and I worked over 48 hours. There have been weeks I made under min wage because if you calculate my hours compared to my pay it’s not worth it. They send you to first times in and they take Atleast 5 hours, and that’s just one house they will treat you like garbage and make u feel dumb because you can’t clean a house in their small frame it’s just sad putting so much work on your body with little to no good outcome and the money isn’t worth it I get paid better working at a grocery store. And the hours are 7:30-4 Atleast but I cannot count how many times I’ve gotten off 5/6/ pm and they will try and force you to work saturdays and if u don’t have a legit reason to say no they try and making you feel guilty for saying no

Pros

The customers are usually very kind and gracious, occasionally will tip. The job is fast paced and busy

Cons

Lots of nonstop drama, catty arguments and a manager who gossips non stop to all of the employees about other employees. Extremely unprofessional! (Pitting the women against eachother). Management shows favoritism to brown nosers, instead of to those who work really hard and do an amazing job.
