Okay management, good incentives for good work. also bonues for year of employment anniversaries/Birthdays and Christmas. Days go by fast becuase of the hard work

Cons

They dont have consistent standards for their employees, some can take every day of the week off with nothing more than a warning, while If your sonsistently there, you will et an ear full on how you are being relied on. Makes a person feel used. the main reason myself and others have left.
