Pros

No boss or supervisor over your shoulder. Breaks when you drive between appointments. No weekends.

Cons

Longer hours than discussed in interview. After training pay changes from $10 an hour to a percentage. If you decide to leave your last check pay rate will change to 7.25 an hour and there is nothing you can do about it. Management had high turnover.

Reasonable hours, only 2 saturdays a year

Cons

Not guaranteed 40 hours a week, you feel rushed when they text asking how much longer at a house, random "mandatory" days

I love Merry Maids

Pros

Amazing people to work with . I have an amazing boss who does alot of extras for us we have benefits , good hours , I have been with Merry Maids now for almost 3 years worked as a team member and Capitan now I'm the sales consultant and I dont see myself leaving I couldn't ask for better bosses

None I would recommend anyone to join Merry Maids
