It was a job. You never had to work weekends and you were normally off by a decent time.

It's a very physical job, especially on your body.

Pay is decent, my commission was 23% when I worked with a partner. This job can be fun if you ignore negativity. Breaks while driving to houses and the employee is responsible for how long they spend in houses making the day go by as fast as you want it to.

Cons

Phone and sight unseen bids are a bad situation for everyone. Management can either be wonderful or unprofessional so make sure you research what location you apply to.
