can be demanding on mental and physical health having to put up with disrespect, entitled customers or you risk losing your job don't get tipped enough for it to be worth it not worth it or the miles you'd rack up on your car

If you OWN the place you’ll get a live in house cleaner, yard worker, afford for a nice car, live in the huge Victorian connected to the co. With a giant pool (that your live-in cleaner cares for) and have ppl constantly out trimming the hedges. You’ll save a TON on not offering any benefits, bs-ing folks about added commission for job well done and extra “helping”, and tips. (That senior cleaners keep and do not split)

Cons

The trainers don’t train. They have you do the jobs they (she) doesn’t like to do. They DO WORK WEEKENDS ALL SUMMER LONG SO THE JOB ADS ARE A SCAM. Rich ppl are the MOST filthy, disgusting, entitled ppl I’ve ever come across. And the WORST at tipping, as well. If ya can’t afford to tip you can’t afford the extras in life like ppl waiting on you, feeding you, or cleaning the pubes and poop off your terlet bowl. (Also: GLOVES merry maids. Use em?!)
