Pros

The customers are nicer than at my last cleaning job.

Cons

Wage theft: deducting my hourly wage on my last check without notice because I quit , lying about hourly rates, and false promises on raises, makes us sign something stating we won’t talk about salary, I never saw any credit card tips on my pay stubs. All very illegal! The only “corporate contact info” I can find goes to the receptionist’s junk mail. I know that because she actually texted me and told me to “be woman enough” to call her instead. The corporate number takes you to a directory for the receptionists. I told her to stop contacting me and she continued to text me, I had to block her. Very unprofessional.

Pros

Managers are amazing and really care about the employees. Majority of the clients are so sweet and the nicest people. I rarely have to deal with the bad parts of customer service and the upset clients. Majority of my coworkers are drama free and so nice! Hours are super flexible as well.

Cons

The pay is not what I feel is worth the amount of work we do and that is expected of us to do. Not many customers tip, and there is a lot of driving some days. The work can be very exhausting but it can be easy too. One position upgrade available with slight pay upgrade

Pros

It was fine for a couple months but then I seen a change

Cons

Management and office staff talk about employees behind other employees backs and they break all the rules But expect the employees to follow the rules and they rip you off in Mileage
