No nights, weekends or holidays. Be at home when family is. Good pay, work environment, people. Weekly pay, Car/uniform reimbursement.

Cons

Can be hard on muscles at first. Once you build up muscle-tone it's much better.

Sometimes customers tip, sometimes you have an easy day

Cons

They do their estimates over the phone so they send you blind into disgusting houses. You don't get paid drive time and drive time is sometimes more than the actually cleaning time so whatever amount they offer you divide by 2 and that's what you're actually getting. I get paid $25 an hour but with drive time its more like $13 an hour.
