I really liked some of the people I worked with but management was awful.

Cons

As if they never left high school. Gossip everyday. And no matter how much you work you still get alot of criticism towards your efforts. They never promoted me. I watched two other people that got hired on weeks after me get promoted to leader. No room for growth. And did not have the proper uniform. Didn't get paid what I was supposed to for the labor I did. I got in a wreck ( not me who was at fault) and offered to drive the company vehicle, however they did not trust me. I have a perfect driving record. We saw alot of people quit. We were also sent home if there was overstaffing, which was pretty much every day.

Management is fake nice. They act all friendly but in the end they will be cut throat.
