There needs to he a complete restructuring of this franchise, there are days where you come in and they don’t even have your towels or paperwork you have to ask for it, no training poor equipment and if it breaks it’s blamed on you. So much drama and everyone there does not get along. They expect you to clean nasty feces covered bug infested houses and deal with biohazard’s and inappropriate clientele when they said you wouldn’t, and your only given an hour for each house and they are not inspected beforehand or after. They are constantly changing who you are with and what houses your doing, and expecting you to pick up other people’s slack. Management is condescending and fake and doesn’t let their employees have a voice or speak they talk over them at all times, and there are some frankly illegal things happening like wage theft and harassment of employees as well as substance abuse on the clock very very unprofessional do not work here.
