There are a couple of good benefits if you can make enough money to afford them.
Cons
It is no team cleaning anymore. You work alone for very little pay.If a house is too big for one person to clean they send a team of two and pay even less. How you are treated depends on who you are. If your the managers favorite you get great treatment and enough work to make a little money. Here is an example of what you will make...I have had houses 4000sf or more, working with a partner, took 4 hours to clean and I made $26.00. This happens allot. working alone just makes it harder to make money. You are pushed to the max. but they want quality work? How can someone with 4 or 5 houses spend the time to do a good quality job? They can't
