Pros

MESA has made a point to not let anyone go during the pandemic. Company truly values their employees and the contributions they make. Many other companies would've let people go due to downturn while Mesa continues to think outside of the box to keep its employees working.

Cons

As with any contract engineering work, it's feast or famine in terms of workload. This is client driven however.

Extremely generous, flexible hours, and I never feel overloaded with work. Unlike my previous company I receive two yearly reviews which help give me a sense of direction.
