Profit Sharing, annual bonuses, 11 holidays observed, 1 floating holiday you can take anytime, 3 weeks vacation starting out, accrue additional week every 5 years plus a bonus week for 5 year milestones. Example 5 years service you begin accruing 4 weeks vacation plus for your fifth year you get a bonus week, 10 years you accrue 5 weeks plus a bonus week and so on. Flexible schedule, 9/80 work week. The atmosphere is family oriented, laid back, yet competitive.
