Poor Senior Management at the other locations make it hard on everyone!

Benefits, PTO time is awesome.

Cons

No room for growth. VP's believe that all must hold an Engineering degree or you will not be able to advance within the company. If you wish to improve yourself at work then you supply the training and pay for it yourself. Even FREE training is frowned upon unless you have a engineering degree. Keeping one person around who can't work well with others makes for a failing department. No raises are given unless your a VP.

Great Benefits, great time off, lots of vacation, clean environment, nice location. I cannot express how much I liked the benefit package. The pay is nice as well.

Cons

Poor communication between older supervisors and new people. Most supervisors are in their 60's or 70's and communicate very poorly with new employees.
