Some flexibility in work/life balance Insurance is really good Time off is better than some firms

Cons

Pay, one of the worst paying firms. Largely a reactive business, not really at the for front of innovation in the industry Not really insterested in remote work with some groups and other groups will have remote workers. Promotions can be largely political based. You bette be friends with the right people. If you want a raise you need to try and leave the company. If you are good at your job expect to work alot of OT.
