Wonderful school district. Most teachers work hard and care. Administration is generally hard working and involved. The superintendent is going in the right direction.

Cons

Normal issues for Texas teachers: disappointing pay, health insurance is not manageable for a family (thanks State of Texas), some students are not engaged (not atypical for a district this size)
