      Pros

      - Great people - Culture is fantastic - Flat organisation structure, easy to walk up to the CEO for a chat or any executive team leader for that matter.

      Cons

      - Some processes can take time - Employee recognition is good but it can get better - Some areas of the business are a bit siloed but I understand plans are in place to help rectify this/continual improvement.

      - Staff across various departments work together for both our Customers and each other - Management very supportive of staff with a flexible approach, great culture and always improving processes - Continuous company growth means a feeling of stability within ourselves

      - Minor frustration in ability to learn more about our product and services, however always a possibility for future

      Pros

      The team has amazing passion, and my colleagues work really hard. The company and our platform has a lot of international and Australian growth potential. The team values development, work life balance and supporting each other.

      Cons

      Everyone is flat out. Senior Management seem to be focussed on their own areas rather than on prioritising and collaborating between areas. For a technology company, we seem to have a lot of non-technical management?
