Pros

A strong financial position allows for a test and learn environment and for employees to genuinely explore new ways to do things better. Strong feeling of support from management team and remuneration is above market rate.

Cons

Would benefit from a little more structured and best practice processes in place.

Pros

Nice office, intelligent colleagues, generous team events

Cons

Within my team there was constant talk about process improvements but management never implemented anything so we would have the same conversations every 2-3 months. Poor career development opportunities for most roles. Dysfunctional culture with lots of politics and gossip ( MessageMedia 90210).

Improvement could be made to internal systems to create efficiencies and improve data quality.
