      Pros

      Just completed my first year with ClickSend (part of the MM family) and have to say this is one of the best cultures I've ever experienced. It starts from the top and having an open line of communication with the top executives. They make time and really listen to your thoughts. They're not afraid to make changes and take action. The team is collaborative, diverse and supportive. I have truly enjoyed this year.

      Cons

      Being a global company, working with different time zones can be challenging but they do everything they can to accommodate everyone.

      Great company with great employees. Remote work, team oriented, professional development, recognition, a great product, and great leadership with a clear path.
