      Pros

      Many brilliant, and highly skilled colleagues. Profitable, and willing to spend cash anywhere it makes sense to.

      Cons

      Lots of structural, and management problems. Mostly the result of phenomenal growth, and incapable management. Appears to be improving though.

      Priorities shift overnight, huge staff turnover, focus on the short-term means little planning, things launched before ready because of unrealistic deadlines

      Great place to work where you can turn your ideas into action. The company is continuing to grow in the right direction which gives staff the opportunity to grow and thrive. New management set a really good tone and have created a positive culture.
