Business Outlook
Pros
People at MM care, are passionate about their work and have fun. We work through the challenges knowing how we make an impact to the business. Work life balance and internal promotion/career progression are two things the business does really well. Also, the business and Exec team understand that the way people work is changing and evolving, we have awesome policies that allow us to work in ways that suit our personal lives too.
Cons
Its a dynamic business, which is great because the world changes so fast and we can adapt, but sometimes its hard to get everyone on board together with some changes.
