      A great but chaotic place to work

      Pros

      Working for Messer as a lawyer for one or multiple of its subsidiaries will push your skills above and beyond. They are efficient in all areas and will try to cut unnecessary costs as they see them, this forces you to think outside the box to get your work done most effectively. Compensation is just and many times above market and benefits are plenty and mostly equanimous amongst coworkers independent of their role. Company culture is their most significant asset, you'll find yourself working with reliable folks who treat you professionally and with respect.

      Cons

      Cost cuts come accompanied by a lack of structure that makes your job boundaries at least blurry. You'll have to manage tasks not disclosed in the job offer or further interviews.

      Old trucks

      Pros

      It was a job but branch manager was best part of the job.

      Cons

      Old trucks constantly breaking down and once ran out of trucks to make deliveries since they were all in for repair. Not safe.
