This company is in growth mode, creating excellent opportunities to make your mark professionally, in a fast-paced environment. If you have the right skills and enjoy collaborating with other experts in their fields, then Messer could be the right place for you.

Cons

Some work is still needed to move away from elements of the old company culture, outdated processes and systems that no longer suit this business, but Messer is getting there.

Messer truly cares about their employees and does a great job in listening to feedback and incorporating it into practice. The company is very agile and is forward thinking - always looking at opportunities to improve the customer experience and deliver quality service. The "safety" first focus is a mantra that we live by. Everything is done to ensure a safe work environment. People are great, management is engaged, benefits are top notch. Looking forward to great things here!
