Management focuses on who they see as top producers, giving best training and leads to them. Why is my money worth less then theirs? We are charged for leads!

Flexible hours. No ceiling for potential. Great resources that help you to succeed. Depending on your agency, your sales manager will be extremely helpful.

Cons

This is a sales job so if you're not producing, they don't care too much about you. MetLife is really pushing a team model so if you get put with a group that's not so good, you won't do very well
