Great PTO/Flex Time when manager plays fair and doesn't cater to favorites
Cons
-Managers play favorites
-Work not balanced and some people (me) end up at 180% on a daily basis and others end up with 75%
-Upper management not handling outsourcing well, pushing back last day and not compensating for new training schedule
MetLife has great benefits and lots of different positions in different departments. The corporate structure is great for those who like that atmosphere
Cons
The departments are very political. Promotions are given to friends and people who are in the same clique. It is hard to get out of some departments if they need you and do not want to train a new person.
