      Overly Focused On Social Justice To The Point Of Losing Focus Altogether

      Pros

      Robust total compensation package when including all the extra insurance, PTO, bonuses.

      Cons

      Became way to left politically with overemphasis on woke themes to the point where it became detrimental to have any kind of non-aligned opinion. CEO focus on left-wing social justice in public and corporate commentary dismantled a fair and impartial workplace. COVID restrictions and overreaction, to the point of considering mandatory vaccinations, again contributed to a loss of independence within the workforce. It was time to leave.
