Pros

Salary was good but not work balance. If your a goos employee, all responsibilities fall to you, management will talk to you once per quarter, if you're lucky and will tell you to keep doing what you are doing - but no support, if it takes 12-14 hours to do the work , then you just have to do it.

Pros

I really find very difficult to promote this company.

Cons

This company focus is on Ageism within the company. They target senior age group when layoffs. DEI target employees are promoted into position the older employee's held.
