Pros

Stuffed snoopies and I was able to telecommute

Cons

I worked here for years and my boss Betty was the worst I’ve come across. After 10 years I decided to quit, she made me miserable. Pay is also very low

Pros

It's a steady job that had good benefits.

Cons

the training is 4 months long and not aligned with the actual job responsibilities. The training managers are unclear and unorganized They "Don't see color" -- POC will understand Subconsciously very racially biased- and offensively unaware Not a workplace for someone who speaks their mind The organization is over 150 years old and it runs as if it's 150 years old

Pros

Benefits are great, wonderful team members, and flexibility in the workplace make working here tolerable.

Cons

MetLife’s CSC’s are drowning in a workload that is unsustainable with limited support, metrics that are difficult to meet, and while working aside teams that have little accountability that our role has to take the hit for from external partners as the frontline workers. Things have come a long way but that’s almost laughable because so much improvement still needs to be made.
