Pros

Good benefits, average pay, friendly coworkers and average vacation with flex scheduling. A lot of communication from management to staff.

Cons

Antique systems with multiple spreadsheets that case managers are responsible for to manage workflow. Most ULs micromanage their staff. Most staffing turnover I have ever seen. Too many meetings where you have to present pending and approved claims for feedback from colleagues and professional staff in order to obtain your ULs approval.

Pros

The work environment is pleasing. The people that work here are friendly. Definitely a place that has a diverse work place. Good work life balance.

Cons

Having a entry level position at this company has not been a pleasurable experience. I don't have a degree or background in IT. There was no clear plan for role and my job responsibilities have changed many times. It went from BSA work to project management work. I'm the first Junior BSA my team has had. I was basically the guinea pig where they tested so many things out with me to see what sticks. I feel that I have regressed. I haven't had any real job responsibilities since I've been hired here. It may be a great place for people who have experience in the IT field but not for any entry level person.

Pros

Big name company, lots of commercials, many people are already similar with the company and its products

Cons

They make you write lists of everyone you know and then you have to call them and schedule meetings and you have to do it all yourself with little guidance
