Pros

If you are a crappy employee there are plenty of places to hide in the bureaucracy.

Cons

The new leadership does not care about the employee's. All they care about is shedding the expensive workers salaries in the Northeast. Making workers reapply for their jobs and move to NC or be laid off. This used to be a great place to work but now all of the good people that know how all the systems work are leaving in droves and anyone coming in to the IT dept has a giant pile of crap to deal with. It will be chaos there for the next several years. So enter at your own risk but remember I told you so.

Pros

Stable company. Worked for company for 25 years until location closed and was laid off. Had enough years to retire.

Cons

Changes happen with each new CEO. Many jobs being outsourced to other countries which causes concern about job security. Company's focus is profit and less about the employees who help make the company profitable since going public.
