Pros

1) Currently work from home with only 1 day mandatory in office per month 2) Benefits are fantastic with 22 days of PTO leave per year 3) Most major holidays are off

Cons

1) Your experience with the company is completely dependent on your manager. If you have a good manager you will have a great experience, but if you have a bad manager you will hate logging on for work. 2) Movement in the company is not as easy as MetLife would lead one to believe. Trying to get out of a department is difficult due to each team being so far behind in work. They use being behind as an excuse to force you to stay on their team. 3) At the time of writing MetLife appears to pay less than the average for this class of work. You can make more money doing the same job at different companies.
