Pros
Professional Atmosphere, competent management for the most part. Pay is average among the industry and hours are reasonable for duties performed.
Cons
If you are not a self-starter then don't bother applying. The management and support staff give you just enough to keep you quiet, but you wont make any money. Its sales, and its cut throat. In the end, they want to get paid more than you do. Keep your leads close to your vest.
