Overall great people and great projects. Good spot in the marketplace.

Cons

Other products were often lost if the focus of Life Insurance.

Pros

Good working environment and support. Freedom of setting your own work hours. good amount of leads are provided.

Cons

The medical benefits are very expensive and is almost unaffordable for new hires with less they can make what 5+ year veterans are making. Underwriting is painfully slow for the new hires.

Metlife was known for taking care of its employees in the past which has inspired tremendous loyalty among its employees. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Increased focus on outsourcing and bottomline has decreased moral significantly.
