Comparative better salary as compared to other organizations in Jaipur. Some of the process have day shift. As an organisation it is a great place to work, except the Jaipur site Growth opportunities are better Policies are in place for employee benefits Free transport

Only focus is cost cutting in Jaipur site. Poor site level management. Poor middel management (most of them). Too much micromanagement Growth it given to the dear once only Management changes policies as per their requirement Transport and facilities are most powerful departments in the company and Ops is least powerful If you get a promotion, you will get satisfactory rating for next one year, no matter how hard you work. That's a policy made by Jaipur site leads.. lol Policies are driven differentially in Noida and Jaipur.
